NCB Barclay Conversion
PIL-002B • by Planet Industrials
After the second world war coal was king, and small industrial locomotives such as the 14" and 16" 0-4-0ST examples from Andrew Barclay were built in large numbers for shunting at collieries across the country. These late build models featured a more modern, almost diesel like cab utilising more modern methods and built to a cost, rather than for appearance.
The kit includes a 3D printed resin cab that is a direct replacement for the Hattons Andrew Barclay model, re-using all handrails and details from the existing cab. It includes an etch of details including works plates, number plates and cab roof hatch.
